Whats his problem? or mine?

my boyfriend really likes me i no that for sure. ex. when we say goodbye and walk away from eachother he always looks back. also the way he stares into my eyes. he always looks at me. and says the sweetest things ect and im not clingy i no im not take my word on it haha i dont want to explain it all so anyway recently when i ask him to hangout he says sure but when i comfirm it the next day and say so r we still hanging out he will act like he forgot or he just wont text me back and when he asks me to hangout and i say sure when? he never texts me back but when we finaly do hangout he acts like he always does normal sweet amazing awsome i really like him but it seems weird when he does that and im not being clingy i only ask him like once a week cus i work so im usualy buisy
