Black Ops dlc on xbox don't work?

I got black ops at gamestop new and escalation. The game works fine but when I downloaded the dlc only one map would work. At first it said something like "downloadable content has changed &&1" so I cleared the cache and deleted ther game update and tried again but it didnt work so I deleted the dlc and downloaded it again and then only stockpile worked. I did it atleast 5 more times and now only zombies works. Every other map will start to load but then it freezes or says the disk is dirty which is bs cus its brand new. I just got the new maps and now the same thing is happening with that. Anybody have the same problem or know how to fix this?
