I had ringworm and maybe has gotten worse or something else help?

so had a a cicular mark on myself about 2 weeks ago maybe? i dont really remember but i have not been using the medicine full cus it was almost gone so i stopped using it so much but now there is alot of red marks everywere by it around the whole leg on the other leg and on my arms is that just the ringworm spreading? or maybe something else? there just little red marks everywere its freakin me out
