Question for blacks (and whites too): When white people go extinct?

When white people go extinct or become a very small minority in America and lose all kind of political power, who do you think is going to keep running things? I mean, who is going to maintain order and civility? When the white Frenchmen of Haiti were killed off, Haiti fell into ruin. Won't the same happen to America? Or do you think America will somehow be different why or why not. Or have you not thought about these things yet?
