A small 3 pixel long line is on my tv, can it be fixed?

i got a bb gun recently and the slide powered off and landed on the tv , i turend it on the check if it was ok and found tha ont a 3 pixel line is on it, most likely from the bb gun, can it be fixed cus i had the tv for 2 years and also has a dead pixel, is it time to change tv or call someone to repair it?
